Welcome to Joyaavo. By using our website, Discover platform, or Business Owner portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Joyaavo. Business owners must have authority to register and manage listings on behalf of their business.

• Provide accurate registration details and keep your profile updated.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Joyaavo helps customers discover local businesses, offers, and promotions, and helps business owners list businesses, publish posts, manage reviews, and use wallet features. Joyaavo is a discovery platform - we are not a party to transactions between customers and businesses.

• You may post reviews, ratings, listings, and promotional content.
• Do not post false, abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Do not submit fake reviews, spam, or impersonate others.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

• Ensure business listings and offers are accurate and lawful.
• You are responsible for honoring promotions you publish.
• You must have rights to all images and content you upload.

• Wallet recharges are processed via Razorpay.
• Wallet balance is used for platform features such as promotions.
• Recharges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Joyaavo owns the Platform, branding, and software. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of business listings, posts, or reviews. Use Joyaavo at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joyaavo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

You may stop using Joyaavo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, or legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat, India, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
